Looking at the possible differences between Alclair and CMVK, it sounds like the Alclair IEM offers a more balanced soundstage while CMVK has a heavy focus on deep bass. On the one hand, I’m looking to hear the full band realistically. On the other hand, I do care about hearing song details naturally. So, does anybody have experience with both CMVK and Spire?

I enjoy listening to a lot of trance music that has sweet female vocals. Even though I love the bass that sounds great on good speakers, it can sometimes be a little annoying if it’s recreated accurately in earphones. I’m looking for a speaker that can provide clarity with a slightly sweet vocal, from bass to treble. Could you recommend one of the Alclair or the Aud-5X speakers?

Thanks! I sent an email to Alclair and I’ll just wait and see what they respond. They certainly seem like a great company to work with,

Marc is a great, helpful person, you’re safe with him. I understand the worries about the unknown factor, but there will be another Alclair IEM Talkbass Review of Reference material in the near future by an experienced audio head-fier, who’s been really impressed.  If you have any questions please let me know. The Reference offers a well-balanced, musical sound at $500 and is a great choice!
